Dumfriesshire MP David Mundell is set to kick off his annual summer surgery tour next week which will see him visit 60 communities across Dumfriesshire.
In total, Mr Mundell will attend almost 100 venues across his Dumfriesshire, Clydesdale and Tweeddale constituency until the end of September.
Commenting David Mundell MP said: “I am looking forward to starting my summer surgery tour which I have always thought to be hugely important in my role as a MP.
“I hold regular surgeries throughout the year but this gives people an opportunity to come and see me in their own communities rather than having to travel to see me.
“Despite my role as a Government minister, my first priority will always be to my constituents and helping them with any issues they may have.
“The summer period always gives me a chance to get out and about more in Dumfriesshire to engage with my constituents and I look forward to welcoming as many of them as possible during the tour.”
